Ballet School - Building a consistent brand that speaks to new students

BACKGROUND

Who they are: A beloved ballet studio in Singapore with loyal students and passionate teachers. Their goal: Grow their student base especially among adult learners and Singaporean families. Their challenge: Their Instagram was inconsistent and quiet. Their content didn’t reflect their story, didn’t educate or inspire, and didn’t help them stand out from the sea of ballet schools in Singapore.

WHAT I DID

• Developed a brand and content strategy from the ground up after understanding their mission, values, and what truly set them apart • Conducted competitor and positioning analysis to find white space • Crafted content pillars rooted in trust, community, and progression • Created content that truly reflected the warmth and calibre of the school • Helped improve post structure, storytelling flow, and visual clarity • Advised on paid social boosts to amplify high-performing content

REAL RESULTS

• 3x monthly interactions (likes, saves, shares, comments) on average since engagement • Reels organically reached over 10,000 views. 10x previous average views! • Highest performing reels have achieved 100-400 saves — 20x to 80x previous average • 30% of their trial customers now come from Social • 12% YoY increase in new trial sign ups • Clearer Instagram story that resonated with both new and current students
